A message to our customers
As we continue to carefully follow government guidelines in order to keep our staff and customers safe. We have now redistributed our office staff to work remotely but they are still on hand to take your enquiries. Our warehouse team are continuing to pack and dispatch parcels but we are now working on a reduced number of warehouse staff in order to maintain safe social distancing in our warehouse.
What does this mean for you?
This means that we are still able to process orders and dispatch them to you via courier. However, we have been advised by our couriers that currently, they are not able to guarantee next day delivery on any parcels. We thank you for your patience and we will endeavour to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.
We will continue to dispatch your orders but please be aware that we are not able to guarantee next day delivery on any orders.
At this time all our customer service team are working remotely and do have access to our phone lines but as you can expect this does present its own challenges. Our team numbers at this time are reduced so it may take a little longer to answer your call than normal. As well as phone we also have the facility to chat online with our team using our Live Chat function and we are still responding to contacts made via our online contact form.
We would like to assure you that we are working hard to ensure that all orders placed are fulfilled as quickly as possible and that we are available via phone, email and Live Chat should you need us.
